Mount And Bladeregistry.com How Do I Mount A Power Panel On A Poured Cement Wall Basement?

How do I mount a power panel on a poured cement wall basement? - mount and bladeregistry.com

This is a cellar in the basement with a large board that the panel is mounted. Is it the way it did? How do I install the wall plate?

Yes, Michael. Things to remember: If you use a Ramset (see above bullets used) to drive a nail into the wall to take the photo in order to do so. This is the concrete and green-shot depends on how old is the best solution for your bust through concrete blocks, but it is hardly 90 years old in our records.
If you Tapcon, steal or borrow a jackhammer. Even with a masonry bit would, regular exercise too long and just not enough torque, and finally a hole where the screw stick sometimes, and often swings back and take situation. Anchor in my personal experience, are pretty useless in the concrete. A bolt of Freemasonry will be very good or not, and the anchor does not seem to be different. Once we have a hammer drill, the projects have become much easier!
Treated wood on the back would be nice. And he said, a Ramset, treated timber, nails (which have a layer, so that) the transition better and longer and a few shots, the simplest solution.
I am sure, is not far, but choices are 2 disks, and both are fittinged directly to the concrete, but it is on Earth. Not sure what is in the basement because there is no basement so close to the coast!

You can see the use of screws. The first thing you should keep the screws to find the holes in the plate when needed. Energy panels have mounting holes, but there's a piece of metal. Screws is necessary to drill a hole in the concrete. Coach screws are in two parts, as the screw itself and a split cylindrical metal sleeve, an anchor. It is a special type of drill used for this purpose. You buy the piece in terms of size and anchor bolts. Impact using a drill or a hammer, you use the special bit to drill holes, usually about 2 cm deep. Insert the fasteners and then mount the panel with screws. Since the screw screws into the anchors, the foundations for the division and multiplication to keep the sides of the hole. These anchors are made of metal, a considerable weight. You can also use plastic anchors in different sizes for things like hanging pictures on drywall.

You can use 1 / 4 "X 1 1 / 2" Tapcon (You can at Home Depot and Lowe's get). Use Tapcon unistrutt climb the wall (I prefer 1 5 / 8 inches deep, but Stuttgart 7 / 8 inches deep to work) to the wall, so the panel can be mounted directly on the Strutt. Other materials are required to install 1 / 4 "screws to mount the panel 1 / 4" fruits of the spring is installed in unistrutt mounting plate and 1 / 4 "X1 1 / 4" washers Stutt Tapcon Tapcon masonry wall and I think it's holes 5 / 16 "to 1 / 4" Tapcon.

all great solutions, but keep in mind that if the right on a concrete wall poured in the basement, the concrete wet with sweat, mount the box directly is a bad idea. First, install a frame made of wood treated with the Panel 2x4 Box frame support, then a piece of wood safely treated as mentioned above. Much easier than Ya Think Good luck trying all the answers
