It is rustic, but I think we could do. A major obstacle could be the local building codes.
I see the biggest problem might be that it is not waterproof. Isolation and insulation can be cured. Obtaining a good basis and update the window (s) for different groups.
Sounds like a wild adventure.
Plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, windows, feel insulation'd probably buy a used motorhome.
